Sudanese Australian Model Ajak Deng is tired of the “fakes and lies” in the modeling industry so much so she has simply called it quits.
On February 23, 2016, the model who has walked for global fashion brands such as Valentino, Louis Vuitton, and Lanvin, in a message written on her instagram page, the model said: “I am happy to announce that I am officially done with the fashion industry, I will be moving back to Australia in order to live the life that I fully deserved. Which is real life,” Deng wrote. “My life is too short for this dramatic life.”
The nature of the modeling industry does include “fakes and lies” but frankly speaking it is present in every industry you go.
