Nigerians are great at painting the world green white green, wherever they may be. Jackie Nwobu, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief at Munaluchi Magazine is no exception. Frustrated with the lack of options she had as a bride when she got married three years ago in the USA, she decided to take matters into her hands and has now launched Munaluchi BRIDAL Magazine.
Munaluchi BRIDAL is the first bridal magazine in the USA catering to the African bride that craves for culture and style. According to Nwobu, the publication is built on how to improve/enhance the options of the African Bride. (It) offers readers the opportunity to easily source wedding information such as banquet halls, photographers, wedding gowns and so forth.
The Magazine launched officially on January 5th, 2010 and retails at Barnes & Noble, Borders, Walgreens and Shoprite supermarkets. In addition, there is room for Nigerian and other African designers to market directly to an eager audience with their editorial bridal designer features which include names like Estella Couture, Linany Couture, Jezreel and Cote Minou.
